It’s hard to say that they are reliable. Once I put a maintenance request in it normally takes months to get stuff done. I have to keep calling and calling them to make sure they will send somebody over to the unit. I understand there are other properties to maintain as well but the lack of urgency and service is unbelievable.
It’s a great company to work with. Reliable and always helpful.
