I was a patient of Dr Rehmani for years. He diagnosed me as bipolar. He let my ex-wife sit in my appointments and speak more than me. The problem was she was a severe narcissist and abuser. He believed her lies and drugged me to a level that several people described as a zombie. 10/10 do not recommend. He doesn’t take time to talk to his patience. Also, doesn’t do proper testing or evaluation. Take your love ones else where to someone that actually cares.

Sadly, my problem with Dr. Rehmani is not with the doctor himself, but with his staff. That being said, the doctor is ultimately responsible for the mistakes of the employees he hires, and their incompetence. I have had a terrible experience with the ladies who work for him. They sent my insurance claims correctly for my first appointment of the calendar year (2021), but then for reasons beyond me, they sent the claims for further appointments that same year to my prior year's insurance. He put me on a med every week, and never really listened to my concerns.
Several times Dr. Rehmani has confused me with another patient. The visits are about 15 minutes at most.
After waiting 2 months for my appointment, it was canceled on a voicemail 6 days prior to said appointment. When I made the appointment for my daughter, I gave all of my insurance information and was never told the doctor would not see out of network patients (mind you, we're in network in 2 months). Nope, just cancel with a "call your insurance company". Funny enough, I had received his name from my insurance company. STL has such an absolute lack of mental health coverage for kids.
I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors
I have been a patient of Dr. Rehmani for years. He is the only one to find the right combination of meds to control my medicine resistant condition. I recommend him all the time
