LET ME START BY SAYING THEY CAME AND TOOK PROFESSIONAL PICTURES AND MADE THE HOUSE LOOK GREAT IN THE LISTINGS AND THE HOUSE DID SELL. THAT BEING SAID, I WILL NOT USE REHIVE AGAIN. WE HAD LISTED OUR HOUSE WITH THEM AROUND JULY 4TH OF 2024. WE HAD A DECENT AMOUNT OF SHOWINGS AND SOLD IN OCTOBER OF 2024. HOWEVER, EVEN THOUGH CHRIS LET US KNOW WE COULD REQUEST OPEN HOUSES FOR HIM TO CONDUCT, HE DID NOT EXECUTE THE ADVERTISING ON SOCIAL MEDIA UNTIL LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE OPEN HOUSE AND 1 PERSON SHOWED!!!! Just wanted to share a little insight on my first home buying experience. Chris is amazing. He was very knowledgeable. I took him on a wild ride with all my questions and indecisiveness. He worked with me through every step of the way. Was with me at every walkthrough with a fine tooth comb! Even explained the documents to me perfectly. I’d HIGHLY recommend them to any first time home buyer or anyone looking into real-estate for that matter.
We've rented properties from ReHive numerous times over the last year. The homes are always impeccable and very well appointed, done to the linens on the beds.
