The owner and her daughter were very rude when we simply expressed our disappointment that our order is coming in later than the date that they had anticipated. Instead of at least acknowledging the inconvenience for us, the customer, or providing an explanation, we were told to talk to Trump and blame him for the tariffs. They lacked accountability.
