Plan of further testing that was discussed in the office did not show in notes. I had to call office a few days later to inquire. No one returned my call despite follow up note in chart that said "patient is aware"
In one instance, the Dr. Seemed to be unfamiliar with my treatment program and had to revisit my chart to see that I was already on a medication that he was going to prescribeThe Doctor also ordered a urinalysis and didn't let me know the results. Another Doctor looking at my chart 3 days later saw that I had a UTI and no follow up had been done. No one had ordered any prescription nor told me what the next step is for me to do regarding it.
Always great. Great faith in Dr.Ahmed.
