What a great company!!! Nick was very profession and exceptionally kind. They were able to assess and address the issue quickly.
Our air conditioning unit went out at the beginning of the heat wave this summer. Due to the age of our unit we decided to get bids on all new equipment. Thanks to Nick at Rehagen for going above and beyond helping provide timely help with our AC unit and discovering our flooded basement while we were on vacation. He shut off our water, recognized the cause of the leak, took some photos for us, and came back the next day to get our AC back up and running.
Caleb came out to do a check up on our HVAC because we were hearing a strange vibration. He was prompt, courteous, and shared some tips on how to keep our drain trap clean.
