I don't think will be progress but I need to do something about my shoulder, the pain is only when I trying to reach up the head and back to....(all the therapy I went throw yesterday it was only a little bit of estar I know but, hopefully works for)
I really am glad to be under the guidance of Lorna, she is practical and has her techniques down. I have a ways to go.
