I applied to get assistance because I need help in my home due to my disabilities. I was told by the guy taking care of my case all was approved and all I needed to do was to get my helpers to fill out the applications and send them in. he gave me the applications when he came for my home visit and i filled them out and sent them in. this company now has 3 peoples social security numbers and now all the sudden no one is answering the phone or calling me back. I would just like answers on my case!
