Every single person at this office has been extremely friendly, helpful, encouraging and sensitive! They have not only helped my son to get the orthotics that he needs, but they've made this whole process much more reassuring and comfortable for our entire family. It's been emotional for us all, especially our 2-year-old who is the patient, yet they have all gone above and beyond to comfort and encourage us. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place!!!
I love working with Michael, he's got a great sense of humor, and we joke a lot about my prosthetic! I totally recommend this group to anyone close enough to go, either Winchester, VA or Martinsburg, WV.
