Dr. Armstrong needs remediation classes for bedside manners, not only was the provider not helpful but condescending. Please choose another career path.
Rude people, they can't even return a call or explain what they service they are offering. Try to hire nice people who can answer the phone
If I could give these guys a negative rating I absolutley would! In the year and a half I was with them they were absolutley terrible! One of the doctors claimed I was faking my injury until an ultrasound was ordered and what do you know!!? I had a nerve jumping over my bone! Then I was late to my appointment due to traffic and I even called to let them know but they never answer the phone and they marked me as a no show no call even though I showed up! Then I was let go! Have not even made it to someone calling me back to schedule. Anytime I have called it has been terrible. No info. No real reason why they can't "find" my referral weeks later. Was told to call back each week. Which I did. Today I made my weekly call and decided to hit option 4 for referral since option 3 scheduling your only lucky to get someone to answer and spoke to Tammie. She was exactly as every single person has stated in reviews. Rude and has no business "providing" customer service. I just needed nerve testing done.... read more
