You won't find anyone faithful to the Hippocratic Oath anywhere near this place. I have been in a lot of pain for over a month waiting to get in for an EMG. I called every other day for weeks to see if they could get me in earlier. When the day of my appointment finally arrived my husband and I hopped in the car and headed out at 7:30am. Dr. Degen was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful, he was able to answer all of my questions I threw at him and overall it was a great experience. I went to the Meridian Park Location and it was easy to find, good parking, etc.
Front desk staff are very rude! Don’t recommend. Horrible experience!!!
Terrible. I saw Dr Cheng for my shoulder pain. I was told specifically to go to this facility because they were experts in helping to pinpoint pain. He tried one injection in my shoulder, and when it didn’t work, he threw his hands up in the air in bewilderment. He said he was referring me to another location that was supposed to be able to pinpoint my pain and help manage it. What?! I thought you were supposed to be doing that.
