If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had a great experience even though I was very anxious about what would happen while I was there. The staff was understanding and made sure that if something didn't feel good, I didn't have to do it. I'm just over 2.5yrs into a knee injury (detached meniscus-inside of left knee due to osteoarthritis) and the amount of pain I had was debilitating most days. Avoid at all costs. My husband was seen at this facility. His injury and care was severely overlooked because of his weight. He was told that the X-ray findings from other doctors was not the cause of his injury and that his weight was all to blame. I’ve never heard of a doctor dismissing a patient so fast. Disappointed beyond belief at how he was treated here.

Vanesa is anything but professional. She contacted a family member once and even though she contacted them in Spanish never once replied or called back. Was very pushy about getting a date set and overall attitude on phone is rude. I hope for anyone who has a family member or if they themselves need to go here go with caution or at least ask to work with anyone other than Vanesa. Also no I do not want to contact or have my family member be reached. Because care should not be harsh and abusive. At least have the common decen... read more

I appreciated the care I received at RIW. Each and every practitioner attended to my treatment with thoughtfulness and a readiness to listen and respond appropriately in support of my success. While I wish there were a closet of magic wands to wave and resolve all my problems, I feel confident that the tools I have received will support my ongoing recovery moving forward.

The level of care provided by RIW is impeccable. They provide a team of professionals that are able to give each patient the opportunity to individualize their healing experience tailored to their specific needs.
