Get directionsBased on personal experience with RHNO, I would not recommend RHNO to anyone who has medical issues other than needing the simplest of inpatient therapies and who can effectively communicate their needs. In 2017, my husband needed care for a recent tracheostomy and cervical spinal fusion. He could not breathe without the tracheostomy tube, could not swallow nor speak and was being fed through a nasal feeding tube. RHNO assured us his entire medical and therapy needs could be met at their facility. This included experienced a... read more
I stayed here after a recent hip surgery. It came highly recommended and I was glad to go and start my Rehabilitation. My enthusiasm lasted about an hour, my other hip was fractured during the gurney to bed transfer, and once they diagnosed the new fracture all they did was put me in a wheelchair and work my arms. My nurse told me not to bother trying to sue them over the fracture because they would blame it on me saying I had a condition that caused the fracture. I looked on my paperwork and sure enough they put on there th... read more
My step sister was there and this place was a life saver to get her back home after such a terrible setback in her illness. The staff was kind and caring. So touching when they lined the hall and clapped as we left for home. Definitely a place of great work!!!
Spent 12 days there after a fall that caused fractured pelvis, hip socket and sacrum. Very professional and their home health service is beyond great. Their food is also beyond wonderful.
I have been a patient at Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest a total of 4 times. Every single time I was there I felt genuinely cared about and was always treated with respect and dignity. I have said several times that the worst part about being there is leaving. As far as what they can do to improve my next visit, I can't think of a thing.
Horrible. Barrow Neuroligical Neurological Institute gave specific discharge instructions where they took a patiant OFF morphine which was causing patient falls. Aggresive enough to make him break collarbones. As soon as this facility took patient in they put patient back on morphine. When I arrived 19 hours later I found patient slurring, making up words that dont exist, etc. I asked to see his nurse. When the nurse came up she cut me off. She began administering his meds. When I heard her say "morphine" I spoke up. Told he... read more
Best experience I've ever had at a hospital. The staff was upbeat, cheerful and willing to do whatever it took to help their patients recover.
Horrible place! Very unprofessional & unclean. The nurses are lazy & the patients don't receive pain meds, or get their wounds cleaned/dressings changed. Do Not send anyone you care about to this facility!
This hospital is terrible! A request for records will cost you thousands of dollars which violates HIPPA laws. Don't send your loved ones here.
