This facility has several cases of covid 19 and are trying not to get shut down and when the government sent hazardous pay out to each business for some odd reason employees never got it.

This facility has LIED to all the families that have members there. This entire time they have referred family members to their website to obtain an update on COVID-19 cases, though this entire time right, up until this past Thursday 6/4/2020 there has been no testing performed on the patients nor the staff. Though they reported zero cases of Covid-19 right up until this past Thursday!!! NO TEST!! JUST LIES and now they are going through a crisis! They are refusing to speak to family members and inform them properly.

We are not happy with the care you are giving my dad. He was a month and a half in another institution before moving him to rehabilitation and he was healthy on his side between the buttocks, it only takes a week and he already has an open wound between his buttocks and another one is coming out. I go and talk and they tell me that they will review it every two hours and my concern is that if before that time he pees or poops and they do not check they will grow more, but they told me they will check it beforehand and that I... read more
