I'm in town from Florida visiting my Mom who fell at 89yrs old, I'm 68 paralyzed and amputated above the knee and my power chair leaves me stranded. I went in today the day before Thanksgiving, no appointment and Don the Mgr., couldn't of been any nicer. He took my chair right in and diagnosed the problem as the joystick. He replaced the joystick, checked the chair out and went through it, tightening the seat, fixing the free wheel lever without me even asking. Wow! From the moment I walked in everybody was so nice. They were actually in the middle of teaching a college class about equipment and they were very kind to everyone. I met a lot of people that work there and they treated me with respect.very very very kind and made you feel at home. Greeted me when I walked in ‘nice to meet you’ whoever is happy to meet customers these days! Highly recommend

Steve and the crew at REQ were very friendly and professional. I needed service on my stair chair that virtually nobody in New England is willing or able to service. Not to mention every place I called had months long waiting lists. I told REQ mine wasn't urgent and to take care of the priority and previous customers first and they still got mine fixed much sooner than expected for about half of what I thought I'd pay. I would highly recommend.

We rented a mobility scooter for a week to help a visiting elderly relative get around. Kendall was very personable and helpful in making sure we got the right model for the terrain. If she didn't know the answer to our questions, her teammates were quick to assist. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. The scooter was just right for the need at a fair price and the return was easy. Highly recommended.
