Steve & the crew recently installed a 2 part stair glide for me. I've lived in my apt. For 38 years & I'm on the top floor! I have 32 steps to climb & now that I'm older it's gotten very difficult for me to make my stairs. The guys gave me my life back & have enabled me to stay in the home that I love. They were friendly, efficient, explained everything so clearly & made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. I'm in town from Florida visiting my Mom who fell at 89yrs old, I'm 68 paralyzed and amputated above the knee and my power chair leaves me stranded. I went in today the day before Thanksgiving, no appointment and Don the Mgr., couldn't of been any nicer. He took my chair right in and diagnosed the problem as the joystick. He replaced the joystick, checked the chair out and went through it, tightening the seat, fixing the free wheel lever without me even asking. Wow! From the moment I walked in everybody was so nice. They were actually in the middle of teaching a college class about equipment and they were very kind to everyone. I met a lot of people that work there and they treated me with respect.very very very kind and made you feel at home. Greeted me when I walked in ‘nice to meet you’ whoever is happy to meet customers these days! Highly recommend
