Steve and the crew at REQ were very friendly and professional. I needed service on my stair chair that virtually nobody in New England is willing or able to service. Not to mention every place I called had months long waiting lists. I told REQ mine wasn't urgent and to take care of the priority and previous customers first and they still got mine fixed much sooner than expected for about half of what I thought I'd pay. I would highly recommend.
We rented a mobility scooter for a week to help a visiting elderly relative get around. Kendall was very personable and helpful in making sure we got the right model for the terrain. If she didn't know the answer to our questions, her teammates were quick to assist. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. The scooter was just right for the need at a fair price and the return was easy. Highly recommended.
ZERO stars if possible! Interesting how most of the good reviews are from 6 years ago. REQ left me hanging on getting my powerchair for over 5 months, no updates or anything. I had given up when finally I got a call saying it was approved and ready to be picked up. Picked up? I told them when we first met that the model they were recommending was too big for me to transport and once in my split level home, I would never be able to get. As a person with a disability, my wheelchair and my hospital bed are very important to my quality-of-life. One Saturday night my bed broke. Fortunately it was not catastrophic, but I was uncomfortable for the rest of the night. Now, Kim at REQ is the person I usually deal with for bed issues, so I called the office Sunday morning and left her a message so that when they opened on Monday she would get it first thing.
