The automated phone service is not helpful, uses up a lot of people's time and winds up not being able to assist them due to being understaffed, especially during a crisis. This is abhorrent. Example: Their system will call you for a phone interview 15 minutes before they "close", put you on hold until they close and they will tell you to call back at another time. This should absolutely never happen. Let's find the solution to this problem asap so people can get the help they absolutely need.
