When you walk in the receptionist is very friendly. The nite nurse on the third floor who took care of my cousin very rude dont worry about their patient, cold food, i know she was a pain in the neck, but that do not give you the right to ignore a patient. She calls for help and the only nurse on the floor refuse to go to her. So it took me to call 911 to help my cousin and when saw the ambulance in the building thats when they all started too run around and act like they care.
