I went to tour with the admissions girl anna, or amber was her name, and she didn't seem interested at all, I did not feel welcomed when I entered the building and everything felt very rushed. the facility was not clean and welcoming, I chose not to send my dad here based on my experience just for a tour, I wouldn't recommend, all the good reviews seem to be fake!!

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Place has Black mold, staff is rude and unfriendly, DON Holly doesn’t respond or contact family about concerns. My dad suffered in this place for 3 days before we got him out . Staff disconnect and disable call bell system.
Absolutely the worst place my grandfather has had to be yet. My mother warned me when she took me to see him the place would reek and it did of what I can only assume is feces or some other old, stale building smell. From there, I saw my grandpa and he was very obviously feeling more off than usual and visibly upset at the state of where he was.
