I had physical therapy with rehab authority for approximately 3 months late in 2023. Mid way my flex spending account was frozen. I was paying cash after that for every visit until my account reopened. I know I paid in full for every session as did the receptionist who took my money. Getting a receipt was another issue. Once I was able to get receipts for my cash payments it was like a spreadsheet of mostly in comprehensible numbers.
