The number one quality that recommends RehabAuthority is knowledge/experience. Jed has his PhD in physical therapy. The other therapists are also well educated and trained. The next quality of importance is individual attention. It is one thing to be well educated. It is another to be able to relate well to the individual needs and problems of each client. Friendly staff, I had calcaneus surgery in November started therapy with Nate he is great to work with very professional, helped me to go from a walker to a cane and then to walk on my own. Hopefully I won't need rahab for a long time but if I did rehab authority would be my first choice.
The team at the Channing Way location were GREAT! When i started my therapy my range of motion in my arms from my shoulders was EXTREMELY limited. Jed and the others worked twice a week with me and after my sessions I have almost 100% mobility. I was facing surgery on both shoulders. As it now stands now, I do not have to have surgery! I couldn’t be more pleased. THANK YOU GUYS!
I feel the results. Very knowledgable staff, who explain things patiently, are caring and understanding, and help you feel comfortable while pushing you to improve. The place is run very efficiently, no waiting around. They do all they can to help. I highly recommend them if you ever need physical therapy.
