I hurt my back almost two years ago, after 4 months of doctors visits and chiropractic care I was finally referred for physical therapy instead of surgery. The process was difficult, but incredibly helpful. The rehab helped me get more physically mobile again and helped me develop the core strength needed to enjoy daily routines again.
