Dr. Shabana is a good dr. But her staff is another story. I don't know who is in charge of scheduling, but my appointments have been canceled 3 times now, with different excuses all the time. I need my IUD, and I know they have it but refused to get me in. I am so frustrated!
Dr Shabana has shown me respect as a patient. She was careful to explain and encourage through a tough diagnosis.
Dr. and Dr.‘s assistant are very friendly, helpful timely. There’s been five stars but the front office personnel are not overly friendly at all.
