Never ever ever again! I was referred to this practice by my doctor. I had a female call and schedule my appointment for 1pm on New year's day. She even called to confirm it a few days before to confirm. I arrive 15 minutes early and this ride a$$ lady at the front desk tries to tell me my appointment was at 11am which I adamantly demy.
