A welcoming environment and very well-organized. My therapist was attentive to my injury, my pain and guiding me to immense improvement gradually. Helped me feel confident in gaining better health and ROM.
Might be a good place if they had a receptionist that understood what a receptionist is hired to do. Never got an appointment after I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes. Went elsewhere.
This facility is THE best to recover from surgeries, injuries or anything else your body needs to become healthy. From Tuesday at the front desk to all the Physical Therapists, you cannot go wrong!
I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a professional setting at this place. After following all of the instructions of the therapist for the entirety of the appointment, he asked me if I was from Strongsville because of "how far I have my nose up in the air." And he said this in front of a student shadowing him! If you're from Strongsville, at least now you know what this guy thinks of you.
