This facility is THE best to recover from surgeries, injuries or anything else your body needs to become healthy. From Tuesday at the front desk to all the Physical Therapists, you cannot go wrong!
I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a professional setting at this place. After following all of the instructions of the therapist for the entirety of the appointment, he asked me if I was from Strongsville because of "how far I have my nose up in the air." And he said this in front of a student shadowing him! If you're from Strongsville, at least now you know what this guy thinks of you. This place is awesome. The physical therapists and office staff (Tuesday) were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've never had physical therapy outside of a Cleveland Clinic facility so I didn't know what to expect. If you need physical therapy for half the price I would highly recommend this place.
My therapist, Hannah, gave me excellent treatment that resolved my issue in just a few weeks. The friendly and professional staff made my visits a pleasure.
