I highly recommend Dr. Nate and Rehab Lab. As BJJ athlete and ex-college football player ive had a history of concussion and naggin injuries. I'm appreciative to RehabLab & Dr Nate. He's helped me recognize why I have the issues in my low back, hip and knee and how they are related. As a retired fitness competitor I've been hard on my body and still am but needed to find a balance of therapeutic exercises to keep me flexible while still keeping my muscle mass and strength. I have just had my sixth visit with Dr. Peda and I I'm very happy to say that I'm experiencing relief from my tendonitis for the first time in well over a year of suffering. Prior to this I have been to a sports medicine doctor for injections and a rheumatoid arthritis specialist in hopes of finding help and in neither case were they able to find treatment to decrease or cure my pain.
