Great therapist & they work with you till you are comfortable with your medical issues. They find time to get you an appointment & work with your Doctor. My husband has had many issues this past year & they have helped him tremendously. They get you back to a healthy norm.
My experience at the Rustburg location was great. They really took the time to work with me and to make sure I was progressing. In the beginning I questioned if I really needed therapy but within a couple of weeks in, I was amazed at the strength that was returning. Great job Rustburg!
The staff was amazing, always accommodating and professional. Shelby was the sweetest, and very patient. Brice Bhalla was absolutely a Godsend! He was patient and kind, outlined the perfect plan for me.
I was very surprised at the outcome of my first visit. My pain level decreased a lot, at that time. And it was actually pretty fun going through the excersizes. Dr Vu and her staff there impressed me and I could see they are dedicated to their work. I'm actually looking forward to the next 6 weeks going there for my shoulder pain. Thanks 👍😊
The whole team is very professional and respectful and you can tell they really care about helping you work to reach your goals, they are easy to work with and always answered any questions or concerns i had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to start physical therapy.
The entire team at Rustburg are fantastic. Very encouraging and go beyond their requirements to help resolve my problem. The atmosphere is friendly yet professional. I’m very confident they will help me resolve my back issues. They also work with my schedule. Thankful that I don’t have to drive to Lynchburg
I was a little anxious starting therapy, but after meeting Dr. Kim Vu and staff, I was soon put at ease. They were professional, courteous and truly committed to improving my quality of life. I would definitely recommend Rehab Associates.
