Gino and the staff at REH are amazing. They went way above and beyond what I ever expected. Gino made this journey of home ownership so painless. He always was there to answer my questions no matter how stupid or insane they were. He stuck with us for almost 1.5 years through a job loss, etc. and I'm so glad we came back to him again. I would recommend Gino to anyone anytime.
I met Christian at one of his open houses. We had been searching for realtors for several months and had finally decided to start attending open houses on our own. Not only was Christian extremely friendly and laid back, he was really knowledgeable about the home buying process. Immediately after we met him, we felt like he was a realtor who would be honest about the conditions, prices, and potential of homes that we saw. It seemed like he actually had an idea of what we wanted to see before we even voiced it.
Alma set us up on her personal real estate portal which was extremely helpful. We were able to rate homes as favorites, potentials, and negatives based on homes she put in our drop folder. As luck would have it, Alma found us a home that came off the market that we had our eyes on. We have nothing but THE BEST OF WORDS! Chen & REH went above and beyond. We would recommend them to anyone. We felt extremely lucky to work with them - in finding our first home! We moved from out-of-state and did not know the area. Chen showed us different options and had so much knowledge in regards to every aspect.
