I really like working out here. It can be intense in the beginning but it you get use to it. I definitely feel stronger since joint. I would recommend 100%. I would like to hear more Christian based upbeat music in there but other than that I feel accomplished after a great workout.
I really enjoy working out at Regymen! The workouts are challenging and the trainers are very supportive! I really like that the workouts are displayed on the screen with a demonstration to keep me on track! They have a lot of equipment that can help you prepare for higher level fitness competitions like DEKA and HYROX! If you’re looking for a gym that helps you meet your fitness goals this is the gym for you!!
We've been going for more than a year and I've seen amazing improvements over that time! The coaches there really foster a friendly environment offering advice when prompted and loads of encouragement. I can highly recommend them.
