I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Regus, across multiple locations. From the very beginning of my engagement, I have experienced consistent issues with being overcharged. Most recently, after switching locations, I received an unexpected bill. This company is most unscrupulous. They lack professionalism and transparency. I foolishly decided to do business with them. I cannot get into all the details but after a day I could not make head or tail of exactly what they were charging me for. I tried contacting them but to no avail. I decided to end the agreement which I did. However this dishonest company keeps sending me invoices they claim I owe.
