Horrible customer service department. Non existing really. Over charged my 50 dollars and it’s still unresolved after 2 weeks. Do not come here unless you want a headache and a hassle to make things right. Already reached out to my centre team multiple times and they say they will get back to me. Total failure of a business.
We have suffered issue after issue here and would not recommend this Regus location for a Virtual Office or in-person office. Staffed hours are highly erratic and they seem to be having trouble keeping anyone with a consistent schedule at the front desk. We have also had multiple billing issues that take months to resolve and require my constant intervention. Clean, comfortable offices.
The worst company ever! They renew my mail box 3 months before the due date by sending me an email that went to spam. So automatically they renew it without a yes or even a signature from me for a whole year. I was told I can use the address for my business, well not true. I am now without a license no work but have a empty mail box to pay for a year. Not to mention Im always getting someone else mail, have to wait an hour in the lobby until front desk workers return from lunch no one is there to cover. Just all in all a bad... read more
