Where to begin... 1. Signed up for Virtual Office online months ago 2. No-one onboarded me, i tried over and over. Very awful communication, no-one to call or speak to 3. I visited the office, boxes stacked up everywhere, no attendant, no anything - looked fake!!! Dirty, dead, and looked like a storage unit 4. I'm not sure that I've ever given less than a 5 star review, but the software at Regus is incredibly dated for being a company that offers virtual offices. I tried fighting a 30% late fee simply because my card expired and I added a new one before the payment due date; it clearly didn't take multiple times after completing the update process which I feel proved the error wasn't on my end, but they preferred to keep that late fee over my continued business. Do not get an office or a virtual one here! Do not rent a virtual office or mail address here. I have my virtual office here and had mail forwarding. They were horrible at forwarding the mail so I stopped paying for that service. Even picking up my mail they lose it all of the time. I am constantly having to ask clients to resend checks and even my tax stuff is always getting lost! DO NOT TRUST them.
