Stay AWAY!!!!!! We changed office locations because working with this place became exhausting. Unclear charges, slow responses, and no accountability created unnecessary stress. A business workspace should make things easier, not harder. The front desk staff tried to help, but overall management issues forced us to move on.

This has been one of the worst business experiences I’ve had. I left the office, returned keys, and requested my retainer back—yet more than 30 days passed with no refund. I was also charged $621 without explanation and later another $517.75 for “Restoration Services” even though I had already vacated. Multiple emails were ignored, and no clear answers were provided. Awesome views and great hospitality. Shelia was fantastic with the information we needed for a smooth meeting. This will definitely be my go to office when meeting in the Tysons area for business.

Disappointed with the co-working space due to consistently rude behavior from the receptionist, Sheila. Her unprofessional attitude ruined my day twice this week. Lacking cooperative assistance and disrespectful. Cannot recommend this location based on my experiences. Management should address these issues promptly for a more positive environment.
