I spoke to one of the receptionists on the phone. I believe her name rhymed with camera. I had a fantastic experience speaking with her. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions! The quality of customer service was outstanding, and I truly felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent office rentals.
AVOID THIS COMPANY, not only this location but the company at all. Just avoid the headache and frustration. I subscribed for a mail forwarding service and cancelled before activating, one year later they are charging $150 for something made up.
We have sent Regus receipts from August 2023 to Jan 2025. The salespeople and front desk staff at Regus are nice and professional, but this company operates on deception. We were happy for a while, but ultimately, we realized that Regus is focused on greed—taking your money while delivering nothing but expensive false promises.
