I rented out an office for a 12month lease and got caught with auto-renews without any exit clauses. Staff are unwilling to negotiate or discuss. Building has also had several issues including problematic air-con, and the bathroom frequently leaks when it rains. The cheaper entry rate hasn't been worth it in the long run.

As a Meeting room user the good location is very important for me and my clients. The staff is very kind and helpful. This is one of my favourite Regus locations.
