This is my first ever negative review. Regus Bankstown has genuinely been one of the most frustrating business leasing (sorry, “licence agreement”) experiences I have ever had. During my initial term, I discovered that the contract effectively rolls into another 6-month agreement at almost a 30% higher rate through an automatic renewal process that begins around 3 months before the actual end date. I really like this place. It’s well-kept, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. That said, the internet has been pretty bad for about a month now, which has been frustrating, especially when trying to work.
