I selected this Regus location specifically because I was told I would have access to two complimentary hours in the community meeting room for client use. That detail directly influenced my decision to sign. That benefit has now been removed and replaced with additional charges (they raised the prices to rent ALL the rooms)—without any advanced formal notice or communication. I rented an office for 2 years. It's a big corporation and feels like it with everything from sales to invoicing to move-out fees. First, the location is great. The office is nice and the front desk employees are superb to none. I did visit a competitor of theirs and also loved the front desk people. Regus West End has wonderful staff and a great facility. Would recommend to anyone searching for an office space in West End. Heated parking with an elevator straight into the office makes the Winters very pleasant.
