Great experience at Regus Southlake – Cedar Ridge! The office space is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is always professional, helpful, and responsive. It’s a perfect environment for productivity and meeting clients. Highly recommend!
Worse Service I have ever experienced. Do not lease from Regus.
After just a few months, they decided to raise our rental rate by over 60% for no reason. They also got the letter to us the day after the 30 days we had to give notice, so we had to pay the 1 month rent at an insanely high amount. We terminated the lease and they sent a $600 bill for cleaning on a 300 sqft office we rented for 3 months. They manipulate their contracts to get the most amount of money from you as possible. would not recomend any sort of lease from them unless it is your only option available.
After dealing with Cedar Ridge, I'm cancelling all 6 of my other Regus locations, I agree with the other 1 star post, they are very misleading.
Excellent, the front desk is very helpful. The wifi takes a while to connect but it may have also been the weather.
