The office space location was excellent and I loved my space for therapy but the communication with office management was TERRIBLE. Since I moved out January 31 and was suppose to receive my deposit back of $600 the office manager will NOT answer the phone or call back after numerous emails and messages. I filled out the proper retainer paperwork for the refund and have not received anything and not to mention the billing from the start was terrible. Edit: I’m still being charged by them with no response still for months. Their response to my review here is a total sham. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a virtual mail account with them and after months of being charged for mail forwarding services, my mail was NEVER forwarded. They denied refunding me for the services never received, and they also are still billing me for the services after I fully cancelled my account with them because of their lack of communication and failure to deliver on the services I pa... read more
