I wish I could give zero stars. As a small business owner, signing with Regus has been one of the worst business decisions I've ever made, and I'm now forced to involve attorneys just to get what was promised to me in writing. When I signed my agreement, I was explicitly assured by management in writing that my rate was fixed for 12 months. I connected with Jeff and he patiently worked through options as we set up the US side of our otherwise Canadian legal practice. (Jeff - sorry that took as many months as it did!) Jasmine and Bill are always cheerful and professional! The office center itself is clean and in good repair, and looks overall very good. We found the pricing favorable for the quality of the office.
