The Regus is such a nice office space. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Very clean and professional! Would definitely recommend leasing an office here.
Beware before you sign a lease. This place is uninhabitable. Days and days without running water in the entire office. Two weeks without AC at the start of summer in the entire office. The office looks like it hasn't been updated in 40 years. Roaches in that bathrooms and office rooms. I don’t know how the city hasn’t shut this business down or corporate doesn’t care about the Savannah locations.
The staff is professional accommodating overall an amazing clean and quiet work space! Jerrold Maddie Zack and Penelope you guys are AMAZING!!
Front office staff is rude. I saw the guy working there this week positioning a sign that said "Regus Sucks" on another company's sidewalk sign in the front of the building. When tenants came in to tell the staff about the sign the reception team immaturely laughed and said "I'm not taking it down, we're going to hear about this all day". I signed up for this monthly subscription this week and it wasn't what I was expecting. I was charged a prorated amount for February and March on Tuesday and then an entire month on Friday ... read more
