Anna Perez the office manager is great and the space worked well while I was there. However, Regus' subsequent actions after I terminated my lease is a huge black mark and why I am warning other small businesses to stay away, Regus corporate is a mess. They take money from my account, charge me late fees for automatic payments made on time, and automatically charge for damages even though the space is returned in perfect condition. Beware of Regus – San Jose, CA My experience with Regus has been nothing but frustrating. I gave written notice to terminate my agreement two months in advance, but because it fell on the July 4th holiday, they claimed I missed the 60-day window by two days and forced me to pay for an extra month. Their policies are inconsistent and customer service is rigid.
