I had been a loyal and quiet customer renting out an office space for almost a year until they doubled my monthly rate and charged my card(on automatic payment) without letting me know before hand. My experience with Regus was awful from the start. Their team completely misrepresented what I was getting — I was promised a certain workspace and service level that never matched reality. When I asked to end my membership right after signing, they flat-out refused and kept trying to lock me into months of payments. They love to bury you in hidden fees, scripted customer-service replies, and policies that make it impossible to leave without losing money. The receptionist the 5th floor Marivic is fabulous. We are one of the more "needy"companies here as we rely on her A LOT for our students, future and current staff to check in ,leave packages for employees to pick up, to send out going mail ,get our packages from them etc.... SHE IS ALWAYS ,friendly, professional, knowledgeable and 1000% of the time greet us with a hello and a smile and a " how can I help you "?
