Do not sign any contract with them. They are intentionally vauge and misleading. There are hidden fees as people have mentioned. You have NO ABILITY TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT nor negotiate a reasonable amount to pay them out and release your space. Additionally, if you have a long enough term, say 1 year, you MUST cancel the renewal 3 or more months before your service ends or you will be locked in for another FULL TERM with, again, no ability to appeal, cancel, or negotiate early exit of your term. The front desk staff at this location was a pleasure to work with and super helpful throughout the entire process. I especially need to commend Christopher who went above and beyond when I was clearing our space out. He definitely deserves special recognition for his hands-on assistance with everything I asked for (and I definitely asked for a lot). I definitely recommend this spot for business space rentals.

Great place. I work with regus all around the world and i had a very pleasant time on this one. The manager was very professional and showed me around. I got to use the shared space. Everything nice and clean. I recommended it!
