I arrived at my space after the time in which my reservation started. There is a sign saying that someone would be back soon to help and there was no one at the desk. I’m now sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting to get to somebody that can let me into my room that I paid for and I have to defer my meeting.
The manager here went above and beyond to help our startup business, I would highly reccomend them.
No free water provided . We also have to pay for coffee.
We have had a membership with Regus for the last 2 1/2 years and the 580 California St staff have gone above and beyond not only for our staff but for our clientele which is important to us. They have maintained their professionalism even in complicated situations. We left another shared work space prior to joining Regus have not looked back.
