Amazing staff, Rochelle is very professional and does a good job. Do dispute the surcharges if you've paid the bill dutifully and suddenly seeing a ridiculous amount of outstanding balance showing up in the inbox. It should be solved rather quickly.

Rochelle is absolutely amazing! She always has a positive attitude, responds in a timely manner, explains things thoroughly, and is all around wonderful. I tend to have a lot of questions and our firm submits a lot of requests when we have trial but Rochelle handles everything professionally and efficiently.
