I rented a month to month office space from Regus. The salesperson, Anthony Torelli, stated via text that the price was locked in for 12 months. Less than 6 months in it was increased by approximately 70% with no notice. Reported the issue but no correction was made. The extent of nickle and diming is actually pretty funny, for example you can't turn on the light in your office after 6PM. I've never heard of this in any building.
