Unfortunately ever since Ginger left customer service has been horrible!!! I’ve had issues with billing since November and no one returns your call. I left messages for Lorena and Ashley regarding this issues with the billing system and I’m told they put a ticket in for customer service and I have to wait. It is now January 2026 and nothings been fix. Very disappointing. I hope Corporate sees this and fixes my problem that was caused by their system.
Perfect location for my business meetings, close to major highways and parking is convenient. Easy access to everything I need!

I would stay away from this company as far as possible. For full disclosure, I did get behind, but I was paid up as of Monday, but because I paid the wrong invoice (for some reason the app wouldn’t let me checked the box to pay the past due invoice, so I paid the other one) I’m still considered past due even though I’m paid up.
