Rented office space from Regus since 2017. In the past, service was reliable—but this year, customer service and billing practices have plummeted. I have experienced repeated billing errors, including duplicate lease charges in both January and May. Regus acknowledged the May overcharge but never refunded it to my credit card, despite weeks of follow-up.
