If I could leave negative stars. My bill nearly doubled without warning or information about an increase. When I gave my notice, they billed for that month which was nearly double what I had been paying for the past year, AND are trying to bill me for another month, even with NO contract in place, requests to speak to a manager/supervisor go unanswered. Rented office space from Regus since 2017. In the past, service was reliable—but this year, customer service and billing practices have plummeted. I have experienced repeated billing errors, including duplicate lease charges in both January and May. Regus acknowledged the May overcharge but never refunded it to my credit card, despite weeks of follow-up.
