Love the location and space. Hayden is especially nice and goes over and above to make sure we are taken care of.
I do not recommend this Regus office, I had a very poor experience despite only being there 2 or 3 days a week for two months. The on-site manager is poorly trained: she did not offer up any details on amenities, or provide instructions on how to use wifi and print at the time I took possession of my office. She provided me with wrong information regarding the move-out process that resulted in a drawn out process to correct my move-out date and lease charges. I completed the DNA screening, bought, joined and wore the AlterMe ring. I kept trying to get support, and after struggling to get help for over a week I gave up and am returning the Ring. I tried calling, emailing several times, I’m giving up on them and hope they fix the glitches because it’s a great idea! They sent me extra stuff I didn’t purchase.
