This company has no options to pause your account in cases of hardship or any other options. Criminal that you are locked in no matter the circumstance as well as significant active leaks and mold I spotted and reported to corporate

The Regus Royal Oak office has been one of the most frustrating business experiences ever. They mishandled multiple packages, returned them, and violated USPS regulations, and I was never compensated. I raised this issue months ago, and the lack of accountability since then has been infuriating. The staff here is flat-out incompetent. My concerns were brushed aside, and the office manager told me it wasn’t possible to dispute charges or cancel my contract. My experience at this place was horrible!! This place over charges, they will continue to charge your card every few days and make it hard for you to get your retainer back that they promise to return. I still have not received my retainer as of date and will definitely take them to court over it if they do not return it.
