Shady billing practices, they don’t disclose due dates until after you sign contract. Then they charge you late fees. Also this building is SUPER outdated. Feels like I’m in the 90s! They don’t even have a working printer.
I have been leasing an office at the Regus in Rockville, Maryland, since 2022. The AC system has not worked since I've been here. Last year (2023), the AC system continued to be inoperable, and the office reached temperatures of up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Even at 9pm-10pm, the temperature was at least 90+ degrees Fahrenheit. Overpriced, tiny offices with below-average upkeep. Adding a star because the office staff was very friendly. When we moved in, our office chairs were so dirty that we had to request they switch it out with another office's. The desks weren't set up properly. Even our walls were still damaged from the previous tenant's use. Tons of hidden fees for even the most basic of office services, so make sure you're willing to pay an additional 30%+ on top of your monthly rent for services that should be offered for free.
