All these positive reviews are misleading. Here's my experience: 1. They allow people to tour your office even when you're not present and let others record in your office. Don’t leave anything confidential out—I know this because I was allowed to do so during a tour. 2. The front desk staff is extremely rude and incompetent. Even if you're just using a virtual address, your mail might end up mixed with someone else's, as mine did. And their $30 mail forwarding service is a complete waste—they barely send your mail. I have been at Regus in Rock Hill for over a year now and am extremely pleased with the location and especially the staff. Dani and Katie did a great job, and Veronica is filling their shoes wonderfully. Veronica is always smiling and has a great attitude towards my clients.
